“我在这儿”不能说“I'm here”？

I’m over you.

“I'm over you. ”

这句话理解起来

“我在你上面”？

（感觉有点怪怪的……）

因为over只有在作为介词的时候

才表示“越过；在……上面’”

而作为形容词

你应该很熟悉下面这句话

“The class is over.”

再来看看《老友记》第2季第7集里的一段台词：

所以在口语里面

I'm over you=我不爱你了,不在乎你了

我跟你结束了！

同样地

【例句】

There's nothing I can do about it.

So I am over it.

我已经无能为力了。

所以我已经不在乎这件事儿了。

Are you ready for your big sleepover with your cousins？

sleep over=在别人家过夜，借宿

(尤其指儿童/青少年跟朋友一起睡)

sleep over (with someone, at some place )

big sleepover=过夜不只一天

在口语里面

over相当于我们的“在”

所以要表示“我在这儿”

“什么在这儿”

一般不会说“I'm here”

“Someone is here”

而是加上一个over

over here=在这里

over there=在那里
