★双减政策下父母如何科学的辅导孩子学习★
前几天，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》，要求减轻学生课业负担，严格控制书面作业总量，保证学生睡眠时间；全面规范管理校外培训机构，坚持从严治理。也就意味着教育部“双减”政策正式落地。该消息发布后，引起了无数家长的拍手叫好。
“双减”政策下，家庭教育作用越发突显，但随着教育部“双减”政策的发布，不少家长也开始犯了难，孩子不能去上补习班，只能自己在家辅导，可是现在孩子的题太活了，有时自己也拿不定答案。家长该如何科学的辅导孩子，成了一大难题。
对此，教育心理学研究者寄语家长重新审视学习并在陪伴孩子学习行为上做出相应转变。家长究竟应该怎样辅导孩子学习，学什么？怎样学？怎么有效学？怎么辅导孩子学习？
以下有几点建议，供各位家长在辅导孩子学习时参考。
首先家长要和孩子都要明确作业内容。
现在，很多老师为方便家校联系，会建立微信群，特别是低年级的学生中更是如此。老师在校给学生布置作业后，还会将作业内容以文字形式发送到微信群，方便家长督促孩子及时完成作业，。所以，家长想要督促孩子认真学习，及时完成作业，首先应该明确孩子的作业是什么，这样才能确认孩子是否全部完成，也避免了孩子有时会一时疏忽漏下某一项内容。
其次就是家长要尽可能的和孩子一起共同学习，营造良好的学习氛围。
家长在辅导孩子学习时，尽量以“同学”的身份与孩子一起学习。孩子完成作业后给他检查时，遇到错题或自己不会的题可以让孩子来为自己讲解一下，一方面可以听清孩子的思路，还能让他在重新做题的过程中发现自己的错误，当两人都无法解决难题时，可以之后与同学、老师联系，讨论题目的思路。
还有一点特别重要，就是家长一定要保持足够的耐心。
相信不少家长辅导孩子写作业时，遇到最大的难题就是看到孩子三心二意或总是出错，就变得很暴躁，甚至打骂孩子，这样一来，不仅自己心烦意乱，孩子也会感到害怕、胆小，担心自己出错，从而导致学习效率更低。所以保持耐心才能更好的在错误中找到正确的解题思路和学习技巧，真正地提高孩子的学习效率。
最后就是要把好的辅导方法保持下去，并最终养成习惯。
除了孩子要养成良好的学习习惯外，家长也需要养成良好的习惯，辅导孩子学习的良好习惯。和孩子自主学习一样，辅导这件事也并不能三天打鱼，两天晒网，要坚持主动辅导孩子，陪同孩子一起学习、一起进步，并且养成习惯，以身作则，才能更好的 让孩子在自己身上学到比知识更重要的东西。
总之，在辅导内容上，要激发思考、鼓励探究和促进反思。家长应当在日常生活中培养孩子主动思考的意识，鼓励孩子多问几个为什么；当孩子提出问题时，要认真对待、悉心解答。鼓励孩子主动探究答案，在探究过程中遇到困难时，适时帮助。问题解决后，带孩子一起总结与反思。如此以往，孩子思考、探究和反思能力都将得到提高。
在辅导形式上，要寓教于乐，如合作、陪伴、游玩。家长应该尊重孩子的身心特点和成长节律，不可揠苗助长。周末和寒暑假孩子不能上辅导班，家长有更多时间陪伴孩子，可以一起阅读、运动、郊游、交流。尊重孩子一点的闲暇时光，因为“闲暇出智慧”。长期三更眠、五更起，头悬梁、锥刺骨，没时间读喜爱的书、做感兴趣的事，也没时间去看外面精彩的世界，如何能观照生活、累积思想、生发灵感？
